The Operations Analyst primarily executes tasks under the direct supervision of senior team members, managing administrative tasks and processes according to defined guidelines and standards for each program or project. Additionally, the Operations Analyst assists in evaluating and analyzing operational processes, supporting the development of improvement proposals, monitoring the progress of improvement initiatives, and maintaining clear communication with teammates and project structures. III. Main responsibilities Responsibility Actions **1. Business Process Execution**: 1. Assist in executing defined business processes according to established workflows. 2. Complete daily operational tasks as part of larger business functions (e.g., processing tasks, data entry, client service tasks). 3. Follow business processes and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. 2. Documentation and Communication 1. Create business documents such as reports, meeting minutes, and presentations. 3. Format documents using advanced layout techniques (tables, charts, images) to create visually appealing and professional documents. 3 Prepare reports and dashboard 1. Assist in collecting and cleaning data sets from client-provided sources, ensuring accuracy. 2. Generate simple reports based on templates, using basic charts (e.g., pie charts, bar charts, pivot tables). 3. Helps to ensure accurate alignment of solutions with client expectations and project goals. 4. Use basic Excel formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP) to organize and manipulate data. 5. Assist in connecting Power BI to common data sources like Excel, CSV files, or SharePoint. 4 Backoffice Support 1. - Assist in creating and tracking project execution request, providing Backoffice support, including managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards 2. Provide support by handling basic inquiries or Backoffice support task. 3. Follow scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues. 5 Requirements Gathering & Analysis 1. - Collaborate with stakeholders (business analysts, end-users) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 6 CRM System Configuration 1. - Configure Dynamics CRM based on business needs, including entity definitions, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles. 7 Customization 1. -Customize the system using tools like custom entities, fields, plugins, and JavaScript to enhance functionality. 8 Data Migration & Import 1. -Migrate and clean data from legacy systems into Dynamics CRM, ensuring data integrity and compatibility with CRM structures. 9 Ongoing Support 1. -Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting errors, guiding users through system features, and resolving issues. Required experience in years 6 months - 1 year Specific knowledge 1. Ability to achieve common goals by leveraging the complementary skills of different team members 2. Identify and document simple business processes. 3.
