Custom Doors is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Assistant Representative to work remotely with our team in Miami. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: 2. Following up with customers to check that they received the quotes or products. 3. Notify management of any customer concerns and attempt a resolution. 4. Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards. 5. Maintain knowledge about company products and services to best help customers. Job Requirements: - Must be able to work five days per week. - Fluent in English & Spanish. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to understand and follow instructions. - Must be TEAM-oriented. **Availability: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (MIAMI TIME)** Pay: to discuss **Education**: High school, Bachelor Degree, or equivalent (preferred) **Experience**: Customer Service: 1 year (preferred) Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo **Education**: - High school or equivalent (required) **Language**: - English (required)
