Direct message the job poster from UniFirst Corporation Description UniFirst Corporation’s Talent Development team has an opening for a Training Coordinator. We are looking for an organized, resourceful individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to handle multiple responsibilities. In this role, you will support the smooth and timely rollout of all Excellence in Leadership virtual sessions. As the Training Coordinator, you will work closely with Program Managers providing logistical, administrative, and technical support throughout all phases of the development process. When supporting virtual classes, the goal is to ensure the program/course launches in a flawless manner to the intended audience. If technical issues arise, the Training Coordinator will troubleshoot the issue and provide resolution. The Training Coordinator should be able to multi-task across various projects and tasks as needed, work autonomously with little direction, build strong relationships and shift gears at a moment's notice. The Training Coordinator should be comfortable embracing new and existing technologies including the Learning Management System (LMS), survey tools and other tools as needed. As time permits, the Training Coordinator will also provide customer support for LMS inquiries. Qualifications Create and compile program evaluation results and participant training reports Ensure materials are accurate and up to date in partnership with Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, reports, surveys, etc. Track attendance and completion statuses within the LMS Manage The Learning Center email box by triaging cases and assigning tickets to appropriate specialists Respond to end-users via email for tickets submitted to The Learning Center email box Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in providing administrative support or 2+ years of customer service experience Experience using Microsoft Teams break out rooms and other meeting functionality Computer software skills in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
