Our diverse customer base spans multiple industries and will provide you with an opportunity to gain a wide range of experiences. **Responsibilities and Duties** - Work quality analysis and improvement suggestions in order to ensure maximum productivity - Continuous efficiency improvement through detailed reports and projections - Managing all aspects of installations and tracking staff and resource allocation through established procedures - Establishing and improving installation service KPI’s - Coordinating with trades and sub trades to ensure the most cost-effective high-quality workmanship - Establishing and ensuring safety protocols are followed during installations - Coordinating between team, vendors and customers to speed up the process and ensure completion - Providing real time feedback on ongoing installations and requirements - Creating and maintaining installation, service, and staff manuals - Regular creating and updating of related documents and software (work orders, CRM, etc.) - Tracking equipment allocation and creating complete drawings of installed devices - Maintaining stock, ensuring equipment fitness and timely shipping - Providing real time feedback to the customer and resolving customer complaints - Creating Standard Operating Procedures for customers and visiting sites as needed - Monitoring project development and ensuring timely completion - Project budget planning and allocation - Foreseeing possible issues in order to circumvent them and resolving impromptu issues as they arise - Recording and reporting all issues and customer requests/complaints in software used company wide - Defining, scheduling and accurately estimating project duration to ensure deadlines are met **Required Education, Skills and Qualifications** - University Degree or equivalent (preferably in Organizational sciences or Business) - Excellent English oral and written proficiency - Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management - Proficiency in project management software - Previous CCTV experience and knowledge - Critical thinking and problem solving - Conflict resolution ability - High Adaptability - Ability to work under pressure
