Digital Marketing Specialist Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and providing top-notch support. This role is integral in creating a positive first impression, managing client accounts, and driving operational efficiency through CRM tools and automation workflows. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Management: Guide clients through account setup processes, including Facebook Business and Google Business integrations. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide confident, solutions-oriented support. Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase to ensure client satisfaction. CRM & Automation Expertise: Manage and optimize CRM workflows, specifically using Go High Level. Set up automations for email campaigns, SMS follow-ups, landing pages, and fulfillment processes. Collaborate with the team to enhance operational workflows. Communication & Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact post-sale, delivering excellent customer service. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication. Ensure clients feel confident and supported throughout their journey with us. Additional Tasks: Assist with supplementary tasks during slower periods, such as calendar management, email management, and basic marketing support. Suggest and implement improvements to existing processes for greater efficiency. Qualifications: Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with Go High Level (or similar CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho). Proven ability to onboard clients and manage account integrations (e.g., Facebook Business and Google Business). Strong technical troubleshooting skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail, demonstrated through application processes or past roles. Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience. Project management experience (at least 2 years, negotiable based on other skills). Familiarity with tools like Sendible, Canva, and Zapier (training can be provided). Self-Starter: Proactive and resourceful in finding solutions independently. Multitasker: Comfortable managing multiple tasks in high and low workflow periods. Forward-Thinking: Capable of identifying areas for improvement and suggesting actionable solutions. Tech-Savvy: Skilled at leveraging SOPs, technology, and platforms like ChatGPT to enhance efficiency.
