As the Client Success Associate , you’ll support our property owners by delivering timely, high-quality communication and coordination. You’ll help ensure every owner feels confident, informed, and supported—without having to ask twice. You’ll collaborate with Guest Experience, Maintenance, and Revenue Management to address questions, relay performance insights, and assist with onboarding—all while upholding our standards of professionalism and precision. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a key point of contact for property owners, delivering clear, prompt, and professional communication. Proactively share updates on property activity and performance (excluding financial reporting). Assist with client onboarding to ensure a smooth, supported transition from sales to operations. Coordinate internally with Guest Experience, Maintenance, and Revenue teams to resolve owner needs. Help maintain communication workflows that ensure consistency, clarity, and follow-through. Foster long-term trust with owners through attentive service and follow-up. QUALIFICATIONS 1–2 years of experience in customer success, investor relations, or account support—ideally in real estate, vacation rentals, or hospitality. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone. Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and timelines. Detail-oriented and process-driven. Familiarity with tools like Guesty, Notion, or Pricelabs is a plus.
