Technical Support Role The role of Technical Support Agent involves providing assistance and guidance to customers with technical issues. This position requires a strong problem-solving skillset, experience in a technical role, and the ability to understand and solve complex technical issues. - We are seeking an individual who can handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities include monitoring system health signs, investigating alerts, and raising flags in case of global system failure. Additionally, you will be assisting other teams based on requests and skill sets required for each task.
