As a Logistics Coordinator s ome of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Manage Daily Bookings: Handle and confirm shipment bookings for existing customers Ensure accurate data entry into TMS and booking systems Coordinate with Carriers: Communicate with carriers to secure capacity and confirm pickup/delivery. Address any booking-related issues (e.g., delays, rescheduling) promptly. Track & Update Shipments: Monitor shipments and provide real-time updates to customers. Proactively communicate delays or exceptions. Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all documentation (BOLs, invoices, confirmations) is complete and accurate. Maintain records of booking activity and escalate unresolved issues. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, carrier sales, and dispatch teams. Support smooth hand-offs and internal visibility of shipment status REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS What would help you succeed: Believe and love what you do. Objective oriented. Self-motivated. Problem solver. Very proactive person. Good customer service skills. Minimum requirements: Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related. Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in logistics. Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred. Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Contract: Indefinite term contract. Location: Remote Colombia. Salary: $3.200.000.
