It will also give you the opportunity to help shape and optimise the talent acquisition services. **Job Summary** The role of Junior Talent Acquisition has been created to support and deliver our talent acquisition services for entry and junior roles. This role offers great development and the opportunity to support the build of tomorrow’s Convatec. You will report to the Regional Lead - Talent Acquisition Service Delivery and your primary job location will be our Bogota office (1-3 days/week) with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days. As part of your role, key responsibilities include: - Triaging and resolving recruitment queries - Posting our vacancies both internally and externally on Linked In and/or other relevant job boards for your markets - Shortlisting CVs for your hiring managers, to support hiring the best diverse talent - Coordinating the selection process from interviews and assessments to feedback - Raising POs for recruitment spend in SAP - Talent pooling for future key roles - Ensuring our Convatec brand is lived and breathed at every recruitment touchpoint.
