Job Description As an Operations Project Manager (GMVP), you will serve as an SME and guide the GMVP NPT Sourcing team through all phases of client acquisition for new program transitions in Field Services Operations, under tight deadlines. This involves understanding client requirements, identifying gaps with ISG capabilities in LATAM, representing ISG in local and English communication, and managing stakeholder relationships. You will drive profit delivery, data-driven project planning, vendor management, and develop partnerships with vendors to align with IRON service offerings. Experience in workforce management/procurement and differentiating field resource categories is essential. Job Responsibilities Align stakeholder goals and strategies, acting as a bridge between engineering and data center teams. Identify opportunities for operational scaling and excellence. Support operations, data management, customer service, and issue resolution. Maintain communication between executives and operations to ensure process quality. Develop policies to ensure compliance and efficiency. Foster understanding of strategy and support employee development with tailored feedback and growth plans. Preferred Skillsets Project Management Coordinate projects related to network, server, software upgrades, PC deployment, and data center management. Communicate project goals and requirements effectively. Manage project schedules, reports, and feasibility assessments. Proficient in data analysis, Excel, and technical documentation. Manage costs, identify savings, and oversee vendor relationships. Experience with portals like ServiceNow, Jira, and others is a plus. Technical Skills Data center infrastructure, networking, storage, IoT hardware, and software upgrades. Negotiation, asset management, issue diagnosis, and project governance. Non-Technical Skills Integrity, professionalism, pressure handling, teamwork, influence, and communication skills. Work Experience 8-12 years in enterprise IT infrastructure, data center, or telecom industry. At least 5 years managing technical and operations teams. Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT or equivalent. Certifications like PMP, Prince2, ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or DCIM.
