With our custom-built solution, we process large transactions in a secure environment, maintaining our position as a national industry leader. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and implementation of new features on the current platform and improve usability for our customers using Ruby on Rails , jQuery , and React . ️ What will you do? Participate in technical discussions and design new solutions. Collaborate with the product team to improve the user experience. Evaluate the feasibility of front-end solutions for optimal technical design. Lead the implementation of new features. Work on the continuous improvement of processes and technologies. Mentor developers and collaborate on pair programming. Contribute to code reviews to ensure software quality. ️ Deploy and manage applications on AWS with the operations team. About you: University degree in Computer Engineering , or equivalent work experience. More than 5 years of experience in software development. ️ Solid experience with Ruby on Rails . ️ Knowledge of various web technologies, highlighting React . Experience writing automations. Skills in building APIs in JSON format . Familiarity with tools such as Kubernetes , Helm , and Docker . ️ Experience with production and large-scale web applications. ️ Troubleshooting performance issues in complex applications. Knowledge of distributed systems and software architecture. Experience with SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL . Ability to debug complex problems with interactive tools. Experience guiding and mentoring developers at different levels.
