Juniper Switching Engineer Role We are seeking a highly skilled Juniper switching engineer to lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of Juniper-based switching infrastructure. About the Position This is a mid-senior level role responsible for creating and implementing efficient Layer 2/3 network architectures. - Design and implement Layer 2/3 network designs including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and IP fabric topologies. - Configure and manage EX and QFX series switches, including virtual chassis, EVPN-VXLAN, and multi-chassis link aggregation (MC-LAG). - Implement robust network segmentation, access control, and security hardening in line with enterprise standards. - Troubleshoot complex network issues across switching, routing, and Layer 2/3 boundaries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive network designs to meet organizational requirements. 2. Maintain and enhance existing Juniper switching infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. 4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
