Location: Colombia Position: Sr Channel Account Manager The Sr Channel Account Manager plays a crucial role in developing and managing partnerships with various sales channels to enhance the company's market presence and revenue. This role requires a diverse skill set to navigate the software industry's complexities and establish successful channel relationships. Skills and Experience - Channel Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales strategies related to channel distribution, including resellers, SIs, and distributors. - Business Development: Ability to identify and evaluate potential partners and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements. - Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain lasting partnerships. - Technical Understanding: Knowledge of Control software products, features, and customer needs. - Market and Industry Knowledge: Awareness of industry trends and competitors. - Marketing and Sales Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective channel resources. - Goal Setting and Achievement: Set and work towards ambitious sales targets. - Data Analysis: Use data to assess performance and inform decisions. - Adaptability: Flexibility to market changes and new strategies. - Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favorable terms and resolve conflicts. - Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams and align channel programs with business goals. - Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute channel strategies aligned with company growth. Responsibilities - Training and Enablement: Provide training to channel partners on product value, features, and benefits. - Conflict Resolution and Collaboration: Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative environment. - Performance Monitoring: Analyze and monitor channel performance. - Market Opportunities: Identify and develop strategies for market expansion.
