Our Healthcare Technology Team is seeking a skilled engineer to assist with software implementation and provide expert technical support. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with customers to identify their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and configuring our company's software, as well as interacting with customers on a regular basis to resolve issues and provide training and support. - We are looking for an engineer who can assist with the identification and documentation of business and technical needs and objectives. - The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and configuring company software, including Clinical/Hospital/Information Systems integration engines. - You will interact with customers on a regular basis with limited supervision, solve the majority of customer issues without additional assistance, and provide training and support. - Create user documentation, instructions, and procedures to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions. - Assist with training on the administration and use of the solution to ensure successful implementation. - Participate in the technical support queue to resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely manner. - Collaborate with customers on project calls to act as a subject matter expert on software solutions. - Contribute to the design of new solutions of medium complexity to drive innovation and growth. - Work closely with Sales to design demos and serve as a subject matter expert on sales calls. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) and knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript is essential. - You should also have experience with Microsoft Server OS Installation, permissions, security policies, domains, IIS, COM, Windows Services, Troubleshooting with the event viewer, ODBC. - A strong understanding of Linux O.S. is necessary. - Advanced knowledge of SQL and Oracle DB is required. - Programming skills in PL/SQL are desirable.
