Futureshaper is seeking a highly organized and analytical Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support the smooth operation of our Latin America Hub. This role contributes to regulatory compliance, efficient financial and administrative management, and proper documentation organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across accounting, administrative, and treasury functions. Key duties include managing digital document archiving, reconciling accounting and bank accounts, responding to financial team requests, and preparing basic financial and operational reports. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in NetSuite and MS Office Excel is essential, with experience preferred but not required. This position is based in Bogota, Colombia, and may require travel around Colombia. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
