Job Description: Country Business Unit Head - SmartInfrastructure, Colombia Reporting to the Regional Manager for SISiemens South America and the CEO of Colombia, the successfulcandidate will oversee the SI Colombia business, ensuringcompliance with Siemens' sales and operational policies. The roleinvolves partnering with local managers to meet sales targets andensure timely operations management. The responsibilities include:1. Acting as the ambassador of Siemens Smart Infrastructure inColombia, representing the company to customers, suppliers,government, and media. 2. Driving and expanding the SmartInfrastructure business across the full portfolio, includingproducts, systems, solutions, services, and IoT. 3. Defining andimplementing local strategies within the company's strategicframework. 4. Leading and developing the SI team in Colombia,focusing on capabilities, capacity, and performance. 5. Fosteringexponential growth in the country. 6. Establishing effective marketcoverage strategies and collaborating with internal business units.7. Ensuring profitable growth through project management, NCCreduction, and productivity enhancement. 8. Expanding marketcoverage across all channels, including indirect channels likedistributors and partners. 9. Driving sustainability initiatives byleveraging the Smart Infrastructure portfolio to support customers'transition to carbon neutrality. The ideal candidate will have: -Over 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years inleadership roles. - More than 5 years of management experience,including P&L; and sales responsibilities. - Strongdecision-making, organizational, and stress management skills. -Business understanding of energy and electricity markets acrossutilities, industry, and oil & gas sectors. - A robust salesbackground, complemented by project management and/or productmanagement experience with a focus on sustainability. - Fluentproficiency in Spanish and English.
