What You’ll Do Build, test, and maintain marketing automation workflows (primarily in Zapier) Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across tools and platforms Streamline client onboarding processes and internal workflows Assist with marketing reporting and data performance tracking Collaborate with team members to improve system reliability and scale operations What You Bring 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Zapier or similar integration platforms Previous experience working in an agency Excellent written and spoken English—clear, concise, and professional Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems independently What Sets You Apart Experience working with major CRMs like HubSpot, Podio, and Salesforce Comfort with data tools like SQL and Tableau for analysis and reporting Ability to connect systems and optimize workflows across a tech stack A growth mindset and eagerness to make systems better every day Our Culture We care about the work and the people doing it.
