About this role The team serves clients in Peru, Panama and Guatemala from both Wealth and Institutional segments; including public and private pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, family offices, asset managers, private banks, independent advisors and other financial intermediaries. Professionals within the team work together to deliver a full range of commercial, asset management and advisory services relevant to client’s investment needs. Role Description: As an Analyst, you will support the sales team in the coverage of both Institutional and Wealth Clients in Peru, Panama and Guatemala. Develop asset management capabilities and expertise on the entire range of investment solutions available, which includes exchange traded funds (ETFs),Mutual Funds, Alternatives, Digital Portfolio Solutions (Aladdin/Efront/Prequin) and portfolio analysis, amongst other services provided by the firm. Other responsibilities are coordination of roadshows, keeping track of financials and commercial activities, budgeting and planning of the Sales team. Responsibilities: - Support in driving sales of BlackRock products and services by developing relationships with both institutional and Wealth clients - Provide performance and funds updates to clients, answering clients questions / queries on products and other commercial related matters - Developing a deep understanding of clients to align a sales strategy around this framework - Demonstrate analytical rigor to help clients build better portfolios - Understand client needs and market trends, provide ideas and solutions to intermediaries to maximize sales - Maintain an accurate and current log of all activities and opportunities in relevant CRM systems - Manage and follow up of team’s budgeting and financials - Produce expected sales results and activity levels as defined by team leadership - Provide analysis and relevant data to position and differentiate BlackRock and our offering against other managers - Working with Blackrock internal partners and resources (marketing, product specialists, portfolio managers, between others) to join efforts around sales - Understand client needs, market views and industry trends to provide ideas and solutions to intermediaries to maximize sales Development Opportunity: - This role is one of several that have been created to take advantage of the growth of both Wealth and Institutional segments Peru, Panama and Guatemala.
