The Trans Srvcs Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to various securities related functions, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to support traders, maintain position records, and improve process efficiency. **Responsibilities**: Manage Trade migrations (Trade services & Trade Finance) Coordinate calls with Trade OPS managers to track progress and implementation. Ensure all Trade Change Forms are properly documented. Guarantee In business controls are properly followed, implemented and completed. Ensure and execute the functions of MCA, Control, Quality and Compliance within the Trade Hub. Establish controls for the proper operation of Trade Hub processes Responsible for the analysis and management of projects that affect the controls and corporate requirements of the Trade Hub Provide management with relevant information and timeliness of the aspects of GRC, Control, Quality and Compliance of the Trade Hub Work closely with the technology organization to determine product/process feasibility. Analyze, document and make recommendations for any enhancements to achieve operational efficiency. Maintain awareness of product, policy and system enhancements changes. Participates in system and client testing, implementation and trainings if needed. Strong partnerships developed with our Latam Branch Operations, Product Partners, TCS, as well all CPCs globally. Technological Proficiency/ Knowledge. Demonstrated people leadership/management skills and the ability to influence and empower people Manage escalations and Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations. **Qualifications**: 3-5 years of experience in a related role Effective people management, leadership and development skills Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder management activities Project management skills Strong problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills **Education**: Bachelor’s degree/Univeristy degree or equivalent experience Master’s degree preferred Fluent in English - Portuguese is a plus **Overview of the Role**: The main Purpose of the TTS Operations Support Manager (Team Lead) is to drive the execution and the day to day functions and activities of all Trade Service, Finance, Channel, and Local Currency loans in the Latam Trade CSC. Will support the regional business strategy in leading, analyzing, implementing and managing the interactions with the Regional OPS Managers and regional Product in order to deliver valuable solutions to clients while maximizing client experience.
