This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Compliance - Risk Management process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J; way—to our Operating Companies around the world. Compliance Manager will provide regional/global oversight and review on the Band 24-26s deliverables for the respective sector. They will be reporting to the regional senior manager on the compliance activities within the function and region. Expected to provide compliance oversight and manage team (e.g., Bands 24-26’s) within the regional hubs for the compliance organization.
