You will perform commercial management within the GBM team. You will provide leadership and direction to colleagues and integrate point solutions into an integrated client offering. We will count on you to: Support active-pursuit sales proposals and presentations, where contract value <$1M USD. Provide SME support for the sales process – support responding to RFPs, Finalist presentations, etc. Work with MCG and AD to Identify and refer cross-LOB/OPCO. Responsible for managing new client implementations; liaison between the client and the coordination and MCS teams. Ownership of SOW renewal, except rebids. Provide directions on renewal based on GBM Client Journey to MMB. Global point of contact for client escalations. Initiate at-risk reporting and action plan, and serve as overall at-risk owner. Lead Stewardship meeting. Develop savings methodology in line with standard, approved approach. Final approver of calculations to ensure accuracy and send to client. Lead implementation and adherence to global financing strategy, i.e. captive/global underwriting. Sign-off on data / reporting expectations and set-up. Expert user of GBMA capable of providing client demonstrations. Analyze data and recommend opportunities to AD and MCG lead. Supports change order requests from clients (pricing, creating change orders, etc.). What you need to have: Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits. Knowledge of employee benefits brokerage. Fluent in oral and written English and Spanish (and commitment to learning basic Portuguese). Strong knowledge - in key Latin America countries - of employee benefits (at least one). Detail oriented and strong project management for a complex, demanding work environment.
