Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and technical assistance via email, phone, and other communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include: - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product usage, data analysis, user account management, and system configurations. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems and ensure timely resolution. - Document and track customer interactions, including details of inquiries, issues, and resolutions, using our CRM system. - Educate users on product features and functionalities, offering guidance on best practices. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. - Previous experience in customer or technical support roles, ideally in the EdTech industry. - Advance English level (spoken and written) is required. - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. - Familiarity with educational software, learning management systems, or other digital tools used in education is a plus.
