The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and conducting user research, translating findings into design deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - 3+ years of experience in UX design and/or UX research - A strong portfolio of mobile and/or web designs with context behind decisions - Strong communication skills to frame problems and explain design thinking clearly - Experience in logistics, automation, or field support environments is a plus
