As an experienced and technicalSenior Product Manager, you will define the strategy and roadmapfor our Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform. Your focus willinclude managing customer self-service through automation and AIAgents, supporting Linux workloads, and collaborating closely withengineering teams to deliver world-class software systems at scale. Responsibilities - Driving growth strategy and productroadmap. - Promoting the product to new customers within Microsoft. - Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify product requirements,including platform owners, customer engineering teams, andcompliance auditors. - Partnering with Microsoft 365 and Azureteams to develop new features and ensure business continuity. -Managing the backlog and prioritization of features, ensuringtimely and high-quality delivery. - Delivering an enterprise-gradeplatform across various clouds following go-to-market strategies. -Building partnerships with technical leaders across the company. -Embodies our culture and values. Qualifications RequiredQualifications - Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years inproduct/service/project/program management or software development,or equivalent experience. - Familiarity with Kubernetes orcontainers. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree and 7+years of experience in product/service/project/program managementor software development, or equivalent experience. - Excellentcommunication skills at all organizational levels. - Curiosity andability to thrive in ambiguity. - Positive, collaborative attitudewith a bias for action. - Contributors to a healthy team culture. -Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to adapt tochanging environments. - Experience with software platforms anddevelopment processes. - Empathy for developers andcustomer-centric thinking. - Design thinking, data-drivendecision-making, and technical depth. - Ability to develop visionand roadmap for complex areas.
