Position Title: Case Consultant Location: Remoto - Colombia Shift days, hours and time zone: Monday - Friday, 7:30 Am - 4:30 Pm English required:B2+/C1 **Job Description**: This position is for a case consultant. This staffer will primarily handle new intakes for all case types and will also be expected to handle reception calls and data entry assignments. Case consultants also signup qualified intakes and verbally decline unwanted intakes, within parameters set. **Responsibilities**: - Input new Intakes for all case types. - Handle reception calls. - Data entry tasks. - Sign up qualified intakes - Decline unwanted intakes. Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication. - At least 2 years working remotely. - Customer services and sales skills are important. - Client focused. - Tech savvy. - Detail oriented. - Problem solver. - Quick typer (we speak and type simultaneously). Preferred: - Studying to become a web/app developer or other tech related role. Or other marketing/technology role. **Language**: - English (required)
