Welcome to Teleperformance, where we celebrate you. **As a Content Specialist for Trust & Safety, You Will** - to develop long-term and day-to-day content strategies and activities according to the Global T&S; communication strategy, marketing guidelines, initiatives, and plans. The Content Specialist must have a solid understanding of communication, social media, marketing, and digital landscape and excellent writing and storytelling abilities. The content created/managed by the Content Specialist will be in different formats (journals, articles, images, GIFs, video, podcasts, reports) to be shared across diverse channels. Qualifications: **What Will You Need to Succeed?** - Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or similar from an accredited four-year college or university - Experience with social media and content-sharing platforms and content trends and insights - Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment - High level of understanding of the social media platforms - Experience working with creators or as a creator - Well organized, structured, and self-motivated with a creative mind - Proven ability to work as a team member, as well as independently - Strong logical thinking ability, self-learning ability, and creative mind - Creative, an innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box **Bonus Qualifications!** - Ability to visualize business data and metrics through dashboards or other reporting tools - Experience and talented skills in copywriting - Strong understanding of SEO best practices - Ability to use InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office 365, and video editing platforms **Responsibilities**: **As a Content Specialist for Trust & Safety, You Will** - Manage, coordinate and lead production and publication of content highlighting Global T&S; visions, strategies, and business insights - Assist and support all internal and external communication and related activities for Global T&S; Programs - Help create and curate appropriate content for thought leadership, including digital, web, and social content. Help develop a creative proposition for all media (presentations, videos, brochures, etc.) - Develop Internal & External Communications - Facilitate communication internally to keep key stakeholders informed and externally to promote/position the product - Manage, monitor, and oversee social media pages including LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and other social portals - Monitor, refresh, and update dated contents as needed and prepare a content calendar - Distribute and publish the content across various mediums and platform - Manage multiple projects on content creation and management, track progress and drive timelines - Analyze content operations teams and processes - identifying and remediating inconsistencies, tweaking the internal organizational structure when necessary - Proofread and edit all materials before publishing or uploading online - Collaborate and support internal departments to successfully carry out any social media and marketing campaigns and launches - Focus on content ideation and brainstorming for developing social strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy - Drive to learn new tools and skills to build on your strengths **The Leadership Competencies for Exceptional Potential Are** - ** Smart and Decisive with Data**:The ability to identify patterns across situations that are not related and to identify fundamental or underlying issues in complex problems using data. - ** Transformational Leader - Emp
