Technical Leadership Role In this position, you will be responsible for guiding technical decisions, mentoring developers, and collaborating with program managers, designers, full-stack developers, and AI/ML engineers to ensure the team's long-term success. - This role requires a deep understanding of the software lifecycle, from architecture and design through development, deployment, and maintenance of modern cloud applications. Key Responsibilities: - Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge. - Partner with cross-functional teams to set technical direction and strategies. - Ensure the quality and reliability of software systems through rigorous testing and validation. Requirements: - No less than 8 years of experience in full-stack software development. - Proficiency in designing and building cloud-based architectures and distributed systems, preferably on Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Experience in creating detailed documentation for software architecture and technical blueprints. - A strong foundation in engineering principles and common design patterns. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
