VTEX Demand Generation Director Job Description We seek a seasoned Marketing Leader to spearhead global demand generation initiatives for brand growth. This role demands strategic vision, strong leadership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Lead the corporate website strategy, focusing on performance improvement, SEO optimization, UX enhancement, and conversion maximization. - Oversee an external agency and a full-stack squad responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and evolving the Content Management System. - Develop paid media campaigns with a focus on LinkedIn Ads for acquisition and engagement. Negotiate favorable deals with media platforms globally. - Pursue innovative channels, strategies, and tools to optimize results. - Drive campaigns to enhance brand awareness and presence in the U.S., collaborating closely with the US Marketing team and Brand Authority Leader. - Maintain brand consistency across regions and campaigns, ensuring cohesion in owned channels. - Cultivate creative approaches to increase brand awareness and authority. - Foster collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Campaigns, Strategic Alliances, and regional marketing teams to ensure global strategic alignment. - Monitor key performance indicators such as brand awareness, website traffic, conversion rates, and pipeline impact, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
