2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accurate and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience using QuickBooks. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Process invoices, payments, and deposits. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations. Assist with audits. Perform other accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a similar industry. Proficiency in QuickBooks (required). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Associate's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
