About The Role We’re looking for a Sr. Visual Designer with strong experience in UI/UX design, email marketing, and packaging to lead and execute creative strategy across all customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities - Lead creative direction for digital and physical experiences (website, emails, packaging, etc.) - Oversee UI/UX improvements to optimize the customer journey - Design or supervise the design of marketing emails. - Lead packaging design that aligns with the brand and enhances unboxing experience - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment - Manage internal and external designers or agencies as needed - Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices Requirements - 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role - Strong background in UI/UX, graphic design, email marketing, and packaging - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Klaviyo or similar - Previous experience working with e-commerce brands is required - Advanced English skills (written and spoken) - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Experience working remotely and across time zones is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
