AJC takes a customer centric approach, recognizing that each client's requirements are unique. **Position Summary** **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop relationships with carriers and transportation providers throughout North America - Book loads with carriers - Carrier interface - Negotiate competitive rates - Manage and develop truck capacity to support sales efforts - Utilize truck posting sites - Transportation Management System (TMS) data entry - Provide exceptional service to customers - Track/trace loads - Provide feedback to sales team **Education and Experience**: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics or equivalent experience required. - Two (2) to five (5) years of truck brokerage experience preferred.
