The nature of this function within Service Transition will always be to deliver high-quality based orders to our Global customer base for a specific region based on Global’s product portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring that the Service Transition delivery performance in region is delivered to agreed timescales, budget and quality. In the role, you will be supporting the CDP community in the delivery of strong supplier performance to SLA and ensure assistance is a available to ensure KPIs are met and customer satisfaction is increasing. The role holder will drive high performance culture into all interactions with associated resources and be a colleague champion for customer advocacy in the region. The role will interface regularly with key customer stakeholders, internal and external suppliers to manage delivery performance commitments, timelines, financial performance, and quality of deliverables. Developing and driving structured continuous improvement programmes to underpin regional delivery performance is key to the role. **What you´ll be doing?** - Lead, manage and develop the regional service delivery performance of standard and non-standard product/service orders - Drive continuous improvement in regional performance through proactive plans developed through root cause analysis on delivery issues, service governance and ongoing performance evaluation - Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the regional delivery capability - advise front office, customers and delivery teams on all necessary regulatory/legal/operational obligations to ensure compliance. - Build and enhance mutually beneficial management relationships with the regional / international suppliers and delivery teams - Drive the development of delivery team skills and knowledge through coaching and driving the ongoing development of training materials. Ensure changes in regional delivery processes are suitably communicated to delivery teams and stakeholders - Maintain internal relationships across own organisations and, where appropriate, the wider unit - Attend review meetings with suppliers and delivery team managers to solve/raise issues - Act as the 3 rd level escalation point for customer or internal issues associated regional delivery solutions or barriers - Contribute to supplier service plans and a service development plan (where appropriate) for regional delivery performance improvement - Demonstrate strong knowledge of BT Global’s products, processes, and their delivery models - Support and play active part in global transformation & improvement programmes as part of Simplify. Advising and supporting strategic programmes with knowledge of delivery processes - Participate and own ORT/ UAT to improve current processes/systems and to introduce new tools, systems, processes where appropriate. - Strong delivery experience of the Global delivery model, deep knowledge of complex and standard delivery processes and products - Ability to lead a regional-based supplier delivery capability, guiding and improving delivery processes, addressing systemic and sporadic delivery issues to a consistently high standard - Ability to review DDSO delivery performance and successfully manage, and develop the DDSO regional d
