Job Summary As a Technical Sourcing Lead, you will play a critical role in building a world-class engineering and technology workforce by identifying and engaging top talent. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of technical recruiting, talent market trends, and sourcing best practices to attract top-tier candidates. Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent across various platforms. Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines. Leverage data, market insights, and recruitment analytics to inform sourcing strategies and decision-making. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, talent mapping, and competitive research. Drive a high-touch candidate experience by engaging and nurturing passive candidates throughout the hiring process. Build relationships with talent communities, universities, and professional networks to expand sourcing channels. Manage and optimize sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and CRM platforms. Track and analyze sourcing metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and coach junior sourcers to elevate team performance. Ensure sourcing and hiring practices comply with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals and hiring best practices. Qualifications and Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced organization. At least +2 years in a leadership position within a Sourcing Deparment/Team. Experience building Sourcing teams from scratch is highly preferred. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging top engineering and technology talent. Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other talent platforms. Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry hiring trends. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Eightfold). Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
