Read more about the life in PayU here **About the role**: - As a Global New Business Manager you will be responsible for developing strategies that maximize profit across USA markets and ensure that PayU entrance into a USA market is in line with its objectives and goals. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. **What you will do**: - Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers all across USA - Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers. - Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects. - Knowing how to split the company target into specific commercial target and develop the sound plan to achieve the target. - Achieve assigned sales quota in designated portfolio and meet assigned expectations for profitability. - Develop proper pipeline and funnel in line with the commercial plan and implement it. - Key Account Management experience. - Execute outbound playbooks at scale, setting up qualified new business opportunities. - Conduct in-depth conversations with our customers to explore their needs and problems statements. - Agile business development and deal closing. - Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders the voice of the customer, to drive a customer-centric approach within Sales. - Contribute to a customer-centered organizational environment by providing internal stakeholders. - Sales, Marketing and Community teams) with regular market updates, reporting metrics and insights. - Closely monitor metrics with the aim to increase productivity, contribution to pipeline. **What you'll need to succeed**: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. - Master’s degree or a related field, such as finance or accounting is a plus. - 5+ proven years of experience in a managerial role on B2B environment, Banks, Fintech, Startups, Retail Ecommerce. - Prior experience and good understanding of the Payments & Fin Tech Industry is a plus - Strong experience in sales and led gen, account management, business development, commercial strategy for USA market - Experience in budget management, forecasting, pricing, account profitability reviews. **About us** **Our Commitment To Building A Diverse And Inclusive Workforce** As a global and multi-cultural organization with varied ethnicities thriving across locations, we realize that our responsibility towards fulfilling the D&I; commitment is huge.
