Context Multidisciplinary administrative professional to support the Management team in Colombia, in local language, with variety activities, under supervision of the Management team with relevant experience in a complex project environment including demonstrable experience in team management, planning, contracting and delivery of projects. Missions/Main Duties To support the project teams in local language, with variety activities, under supervision of the Management team. To act as an interface between client, providers and other 3rd parties and the management team. To communicate with multidisciplinary and international teams (Procurement Department, Legal Department, Financial Department, Engineering Department) located within Latam and/or overseas. Branch administrative management. Control general expenses. Support the administrative tasks in the area. To implement and manage processes in line with company policies and directives. To support the arrangement of the necessary documentation in front of local authorities. To develop processes and policies to replace or improve upon current methods ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s mission and goals. To fulfill necessary processes requiring paperwork for employees’ transfers, job classification, salaries management, and other related employment matters. To prepare Reports such as attendances, turnovers, or support on new hiring processes. To consolidate Staff Activities (including daily activities and leaving plan). To support on the company invoicing processes (internal and external). Personal assistance such as travel arrangements, expense claims, approvals, and assessments in accordance with company´s internal policies and tools, documentation in front of local authorities or any other task requiring local support. Profile/Skills Professional degree in business administration, organizational sciences or international business. Specialization or equivalent proven work experience in the fields of organizational management, administration and human resource management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a diverse, multi-disciplinary, cross-organizational, and international environment. Strong skills in problem solving.
