Senior Project Lead We are looking for an experienced and dynamic project professional to manage medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. About the Role: - Plan and monitor project results, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Coordinate and enforce organizational systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency. - Foster a reliable and communicative work environment, develop personal interaction with team members, and identify growth opportunities. - Analyze and improve utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability. - Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions. - Take a proactive role in identifying new business opportunities within existing clients and delivering value to stakeholders. - Maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency by supporting and delivering strategic plans for implementing technologies. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager or equivalent. - Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies. - Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. - Good English language proficiency, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and clients. - Past experience as a Software Engineer is beneficial.
