Remote Position. Inbound Leads. INCOME POTENTIAL: $75,000/USD PLUS. PURPOSE To provide win-win solutions for sellers looking to sell their properties. BENEFITS - Full-time Salary: $1,250 per month (paid biweekly) - Tiered Commission Structure (based on contracts closed per month and ranges from 1% - 5%) - Ability to Work Remote/From Home - Multiple Bonus Opportunities (monthly bonus, contests, etc.) - A Full time Career with Flexible Schedule - Company Generated Leads - Personal Growth - Paid Time Off - Paid Training - NOT A Corporate Environment JOB REQUIREMENTS - Phone Sales Experience or Real Estate Experience. - Reliable Phone AND Internet Service. - Computer proficient with the ability to use platforms such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive. - Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with PERFECT grammar. - 8 hours a day/5 days a week (flexibility with shifts). - Exceptional Phone Etiquette/rapport building. - A quiet workspace is a must. - Must be driven and self-motivated. - Use our CRM to update and stay on task until deals are closed; organize and switch tasks with ease! RESPONSIBILITIES - Hit monthly sales goals. - Hit non-negotiable KPI (calls made, talk time etc.). - Handle approx. 100 new incoming leads a month. Convert leads to viable, executed contracts and manages a pipeline of 100 leads using our CRM. - Negotiate a deal from incoming call all the way through to contract execution. - Give exceptional customer service. - Build rapport and identify the seller’s problem to solve. - Follow up with potential sellers who were contacted in the past. - Manage a pipeline of prospects; respond in a timely manner. - Use our client management software (Podio) daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed. - Work with an energetic team and have fun establishing rapport with sellers! You will be responsible for acquiring properties not only by being a skilled communicator and active listener but with learned negotiation skills. This includes constant phone, text, and email communication with sellers.
