Postgraduate studies in social research, project Knowledge and Skills: Advanced level of spoken and written English. Ability to lead and articulate the different processes of the team. Complexity management and systemic thinking. Trend and context analysis. Social Process Analysis. Leadership Skills. Skills to manage social processes Skills for oral and written communication. Skills to manage strategic initiatives. Willingness to travel to work with people in areas affected by the armed conflict at the national level. **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in Qualitative and Quantitative Social Research.
