As a **Back Office Support,** you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Process invoices and clean errors on the data to proceed with billing. - Perform data entry of different types of documentation associated with our client's operational processes. - Confirm that scanned paperwork, pictures, and documentation are attached to each dock receipt, booking, and bill of lading. - Ensure communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstandings among parties. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Attention to detail. - Good attitude. - Proactivity. - Stability. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**: High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Finances, Accounting, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered. - **Experience**: At least **6 months** of experience in back office roles, data entry, order entry, administrative positions, or customer service. - **Language**: Good English skills. B2 or higher is required. **Perks**: - **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., following the American Calendar. - **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits. - **Places**: Only for Medellín. This position will be **on-site** at WeWork Santa Fe (El Poblado).
