Key Responsibilities Recruit top talents for various teams within the offshoring unit, partnering strategically with agency leaders to serve the US market. Engage in a dynamic industry at the forefront of digital, data, analytics, content, and technology, encouraging innovative ideas to attract the next generation of talent. Lead and inspire the LATAM talent acquisition team to become a strategic partner for the business. Research and implement new strategies and technologies to build relevant talent pipelines, proactively searching and connecting with top talents in the market. Cultivate an open, nurturing culture with a focus on training and coaching to overcome challenges and enhance team effectiveness. Provide recruitment guidance and solutions to hiring managers across the group, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience, preferably in media or digital marketing, with a track record of managing high-volume roles. English proficiency B2+ or higher is mandatory. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity within a complex matrix structure. Solution-oriented, adaptable, with a strong growth mindset. Speed, accuracy, and collaborative relationship-building skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills to foster partnerships. Creative, resilient, and proactive in attracting talent efficiently. Fluent English is required.
