Job Description We are seeking a first-level Customer Support Associate to serve as the initial contact for customers needing assistance with software-related issues. This full-time position involves providing exceptional support to our clients. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service through consistent, thoughtful interactions aligned with our values. Respond to inquiries via support portal, email, and phone, offering guidance and solutions. Identify, evaluate, and diagnose basic technical issues related to our proprietary software. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Accurately document customer issues and interactions. Contribute to the improvement of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and documentation. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of computer systems and software applications. Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to work remotely with a quiet workspace and reliable internet (minimum 20Mbps download/2Mbps upload). Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Preferred Skills and Abilities Experience troubleshooting software issues. Basic troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Salesforce.
