Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist At Medtronic, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive recruitment efforts for Engineering positions across North America. This role involves building and maintaining a robust pipeline of highly qualified, diverse candidates. You will support and fill requisitions, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and data-driven strategies to meet position requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools. This position requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop precise job specifications/requirements, competencies, and salary recommendations. Additionally, you will utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social recruiting, and AI-driven platforms, to identify and engage top-tier candidates. You will also implement and refine talent acquisition strategies that enhance diversity and inclusion within the engineering workforce. Conducting detailed technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and abilities relevant to engineering roles is another key responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and four years of Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruitment for engineering positions. Fluency in English is required, as well as proficiency using Workday Recruit or similar ATS systems. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven recruitment strategies are also essential. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes with onboarding and employee development programs. Fostering strong relationships with professional organizations, universities, and industry networks to enhance talent pipelines is also crucial. This position reports to a Talent Acquisition Manager and is based in Bogotá.
