Clyde & Co is seeking an associate with 4 to 7 years of strong litigation experience to join our Los Angeles office . This practice is focused on the defense of public and private entities in high-exposure matters arising from employment disputes, personal injuries, claims of sexual abuse, commercial disputes, and class actions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and preparing pre-trial documents. The associate must be proactive, motivated and organized, and must possesses excellent research and writing skills. The associate will be expected to interact with opposing counsel and clients in a positive and professional manner. The salary range for this position is $175,000-$195,000. The range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
