This role is key to helping Dennis restructure the company's internal systems and workflows to support growth and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across core business functionsManage and improve subcontractor onboarding, coordination, and payment processesOrganize and optimize internal workflows and client communication systemsOversee and maintain the use of HoneyBook CRM or recommend CRM improvementsSupport with the recruitment and onboarding of future team membersAct as a key point of contact and decision-maker in Dennis's absenceMaintain clear, proactive communication with Dennis and Inside Out Hiring throughout onboarding and ramp-upIdeal Candidate ProfileProven operations or project management experience in the home improvement or construction industryHighly detail-oriented, organized, and process-drivenSkilled in documenting and implementing efficient systems and workflowsFluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus but not requiredComfortable with remote collaboration tools and various CRM platformsProactive, dependable, and confident in managing contractors and client workflows independently
