As a Benefits Analyst II, you will be responsible for processing employee benefits throughout the employment relationship as well as assisting during open enrollment. You will control detailed and sensitive benefit information and will be responsible for reviewing data for accuracy and completion. You will support employees across multiple states as well as international locations and work as the liaison between insurance company representatives and employees which involves researching both employee and provider issues. You will conduct presentations that educate employees about their benefits. You will assist with the reconciliation of carrier/vendor invoicing, ongoing reporting, and compliance requirements. You may also be required to assist with Leave of absence requests to include FMLA and ADA as well as general 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan administration.
