Feature Design & Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate scalable, high-performance features for mobile applications. Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure superior code quality by enforcing best practices, conducting code reviews, and maintaining clean, maintainable code. Automation Testing: Implement and advocate for automation testing strategies to enhance code reliability and reduce regression issues. Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Jira, Git, GitHub Actions, and other development tools to streamline workflows and CI/CD processes. Release Management: Oversee the mobile app release cycle, ensuring smooth deployment and adherence to schedules. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor developers and testers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration. Requirement Analysis: Work closely with the Product Manager to understand business needs, refine requirements, and align development with the product roadmap. Stakeholder Education & Decision Support: Educate stakeholders with technical insights for informed decision-making on features, timelines, and trade-offs. Technical Roadmap & Continuous Improvement: Define and drive the mobile technical roadmap, stay updated with industry trends, and optimize development processes.
