The Role As a UX Researcher at Parkopedia, you will play a vital role in driving a customer-centric approach throughout product development. You will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies using various methods, including interviews, diary studies, online usability tests, and focus groups. You will work closely with designers and product managers to translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design and development decisions. Your expertise will also help consult with product teams to understand their research needs and create tactical research roadmaps. About the Job - Conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies using various methods - Triangulating research findings with other data sources to build holistic insights - Partnering with designers and product managers to translate research findings into ideas and actions - Consulting with product teams to understand research needs and create tactical research roadmaps - Leveraging AI across the research lifecycle to accelerate efforts to understand customers and users About You - Solid experience in designing and conducting qualitative research studies using various methods - Experience in conducting quantitative research projects, including survey design and analysis - Strong communication skills to present insights in an engaging way to product teams and leadership - Experience balancing multiple concurrent research projects focused on creating impact - Experience in storytelling and framework creation as means to communicate insights Your Background - University degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology or related field - Minimum of 2 years working as UX or user researcher - Strong understanding of product development process and how research fits into the process This role is based in Bogotá, Colombia, with a hybrid office/remote setup available. Fluency in English is required for this position.
