We are searching the best talent for **HR JR Workforce Analyst** to be located in **Bogota **(Relocation Not Applicable) **Purpose** Is responsible for the execution of tasks related to background check articulation, scheduling of pre-employment exams, creation of new employee records and promotions in HRIS. Likewise, responsible for the articulation of the Talent Mobility processes. All activities, always complying with the parameters of law and internal policies. Its scope is Colombia, Mexico and Brazil **You will responsible for**: - Identify case challenges and opportunities, and escalate to the supervisor/manager if needed - Ensure integrity, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of transactions & documentation - Update the knowledge management system with new available documents or guidelines - Proactively monitor the cases to be able to determine if any action is needed (time, quality) - Responsibility for delivering upon agreed SLAs - Ensuring policy and legal compliance - Assist and encourage users/customers to make effective use of self-service options, systems, products, service, etc. in order to drive rapid resolution and empower customers; educate and inform customers of the full range of Global Services HR available to them. - Participate on daily huddles and follow the instruction of the direct supervisor regarding priorities and assignments **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Languages, HR, Engineering or related studies (required) - Intermediate English level (required) - Basic understanding of HR Functional domains (Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Workforce Data Administration, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations) or Payroll - Service Center experience, HR and/or Payroll Service Center preferred - Experience using Case Management tools (ideally SFDC) - Excellent communication (oral and written) skills - Experience using Workday **Primary Location** Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá - **Organization** Johnson & Johnson de Colombia S.A.
