**Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our focus on the Latin American telecommunications market. - Manage relationships with freelance graphic designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital content. - Oversee the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), tailoring content to regional preferences and trends to increase engagement and follower count. - Maintain and regularly update the company’s website, ensuring it accurately reflects our brand and is optimized for search engines. - Analyze digital marketing metrics, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet regional business objectives. - Collaborate with other departments to integrate marketing strategies and enhance the overall brand presence in Latin America. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our digital marketing efforts innovative and effective. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within the telecommunications sector focused in B2B market - Strong experience managing freelance graphic designers and working with cross-functional teams. - In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics, with a focus on Latin American markets. - Highly skilled in content management systems and website maintenance. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
