Job Description Analysis teams identify client needs,analyze processes, and propose solutions to align with strategicgoals. As aSenior Business Analyst at Endava, you'll help shape the directionof products or business functions by working closely with bothclients and delivery teams. You’ll lead the investigation andanalysis of business challenges and identify ways to deliverimpactful, practical solutions—whether through technology, processchange, or people. You’ll also contribute to the wider BusinessAnalysis discipline through involvement in staff developmentprograms, recruitment activities, and TEAM-based initiatives.Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with clientstakeholders by understanding their business domain and providingtailored consultancy. - Identify, gather, and analyse businessrequirements aligned with client needs, technical context, andindustry trends. - Define and manage product backlogs bytranslating vision and epics into clear user stories and acceptancecriteria. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensuredelivery aligns with product goals, timelines, and businesspriorities. - Understand the market rationale behind requirementsand ensure alignment with broader business objectives. - Lead andfacilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement sessions, and useracceptance testing. - Document business needs clearly usingappropriate tools and ensure traceability throughout the deliverylifecycle. - Continuously monitor industry trends to proposeinnovative solutions that enhance client processes or products. -Support business case development by assessing solution options,associated risks, costs, and expected benefits. Qualifications -Over 8 years of experience in business analysis and productownership, primarily in Agile environments (Scrum). - Skilled inbuilding strong stakeholder relationships through deep domainunderstanding and tailored consultancy. - Proven ability to gather,analyse, and translate business needs into clear, actionablesolution requirements. - Experienced in defining and maintainingproduct backlogs, writing user stories, and setting acceptancecriteria. - Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functionalteams and facilitating workshops, reviews, and UAT. - Hands-onexperience aligning product delivery with market needs, businessobjectives, and technical feasibility. - Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to identifyingprocess inefficiencies. - Capable of measuring product performanceand using insights to drive iterative improvement. - Proficient inbusiness analysis tools, standards, and documentation bestpractices. - Adept at managing multiple initiatives across timezones while meeting tight deadlines. - A collaborative mindset withexcellent interpersonal skills and a focus onrelationship-building. - Comfortable adapting to change andembracing new technologies to drive innovation. - Knowledgeable inbusiness case development, including cost-benefit and riskanalysis. - Experienced in project planning and supporting businesstransformation through effective solution design.
